It's been a lifelong struggle, but this time I'm making a lifestyle change. No point in giving up, because I will always end up in the same dilemma. I want to be happy with myself, not disgusted with what I eat and that I don't do exercise. That's all changing now, and I plan on keeping that change permanent. No one said it was going to be easy to do this, nor did they say it would be a flawless journey, but I'm prepared to make the effort and learn from my mistakes as I go along!

Wild, Wild Weekend
So starting Friday, I was hit with the virus. NOT FUN! The only positive side to this was that I lost weight. 249.4 lbs is where it left me. I had hardly any appetite, although I did end up eating chicken nuggets and fries on a few occasions. Basically, this weekend sucks. I didn't even get to say goodbye to Liishaladii!! :( Today I plan to get back into the swing of things. I'm going back to work. I made my oatmeal and Green Tea. It might be a little rough, but if things go as plan I should be fine. Well, I will keep you posted

I'm sorry you were sick, Christina, but congrats on the weight loss! I'm so glad you're doing this too. Because of you, I posted my weight last week -- YEE GADS!! Oh well, it keeps us honest and on the right path! I ate too many calories last week and gained 1.2 pounds, but I'm all ready for a new week and some weight loss!
