It's been a lifelong struggle, but this time I'm making a lifestyle change. No point in giving up, because I will always end up in the same dilemma. I want to be happy with myself, not disgusted with what I eat and that I don't do exercise. That's all changing now, and I plan on keeping that change permanent. No one said it was going to be easy to do this, nor did they say it would be a flawless journey, but I'm prepared to make the effort and learn from my mistakes as I go along!

Giving Into Temptation (Just a little bit)...
Tonight when I got home we were debating about what to do for dinner, and in fact, we still don't know. In the midst of discussing the different restaurant possibilities, I decided to eat some frosted Animal Crackers! They are yummy, but have lots of calories in them! 160 calories for a mere 8 crackers! Preposterous! But, I ate them anyway, and I savored all 8 of them! Not bad for a snack. If I had eaten, say, 20 of them, that would've been bad. But instead I stuck with the serving size on the label. Bonus points for me!
