It's been a lifelong struggle, but this time I'm making a lifestyle change. No point in giving up, because I will always end up in the same dilemma. I want to be happy with myself, not disgusted with what I eat and that I don't do exercise. That's all changing now, and I plan on keeping that change permanent. No one said it was going to be easy to do this, nor did they say it would be a flawless journey, but I'm prepared to make the effort and learn from my mistakes as I go along!

I'm Just Walkin'
For dinner, like I said in my earlier post, I ate the Chili Mac, and I had one big serving (although I didn't eat all of it). The corn, however, was a different story. I had 3 ears! I was planning at most to eat 2 ears, but they were so darn tasty I couldn't help myself. But, as planned, I did walk with my brother after dinner. James and I walked for 33 minutes and did 1.85 miles (153 calories burned). Then, Alisha and I were able to walk at 9:!5 pm and we walked 1 hour and 3 minutes, which equals 2.99 miles (271 calories burned). That's a total of 4.84 miles 424 calories burned. Liishaladii and I had a little heart to heart, and I know this process is difficult, but it is worth it.. and Alisha, if you're reading this, I have confidence in you and I know you can do this. We have to stick this out, and soon it will be so second-nature to us. Don't worry! Have faith in yourself!!

Yes! Try! I'm glad we talked.. I almost felt like going Jilian Michaels on you, but I know how it feels. Don't give up! The weight is not going to go away if you give up!! I love you, girrrrrl!
