I was just curious as to how many calories I should be eating daily. I went to the Free Dieting website and entered my stats (my age, gender, height, weight, exercise level) and they gave me these results:
- To maintain my current weight (NO!): 2962 calories
- Fat loss: 2370 calories
- Extreme fat loss (Ohhh yeah!): 2040 calories
I wonder if I should start trying to count my calories?? I am not sure how many calories I currently consume on a daily basis. I guess it's not a bad thought..
