Walkin' On Sunshine

Lunch was as follows:
  1. Tuna Sandwich (2 slices bread, mayo, pickle, pepper, and Mrs. Dash)
  2. 100-Calorie pack Goldfish
  3. Applesauce
Then it was out for my daily walk (this time I was solo). I did 1.05 miles in 23 minutes, which burned 100 calories. It is really hot out there (and I thought yesterday was bad)! I was feeling a little down (idk why?) but I'm feeling better now since I know I accomplished something!

Sounds good. I may just eat that sugar-free pudding that you brought me today. I seem to be hungry all of the time. It is going to get better. I just know it.
