I was doing some more googling a couple minutes ago about motivation for weight loss (afterall, motivation is the key to success). I found a link to about.com. It's an article about weight loss (obviously). It is talking about different skills that help you to keep up with losing the weight. Much of the advice I have started using anyways. It reinforces my motivation.
