It's been a lifelong struggle, but this time I'm making a lifestyle change. No point in giving up, because I will always end up in the same dilemma. I want to be happy with myself, not disgusted with what I eat and that I don't do exercise. That's all changing now, and I plan on keeping that change permanent. No one said it was going to be easy to do this, nor did they say it would be a flawless journey, but I'm prepared to make the effort and learn from my mistakes as I go along!
We finished up eating lunch, and then my mom and me went for another walk. We would have done better but my mom was in pain, so we did .96 miles (practically a mile!). It was really kinda hot and we are so sweaty, but I told her we have got to keep this up everyday to build our stamina up and so we can be skinny!!! HAHAHA! Our "almost" mile took 27 minutes, and we burned 99 calories! That means I basically I never really ate that cottage cheese. I'll keep you posted on how the rest of my day goes. :o)
